Pezzos is operated by Latchbolt Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Pezzos iOS app and related services.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect the credentials needed to authenticate you (such as a user identifier and authentication token).
Content you create. Collages, images, and related data you create or import in the app are stored on our servers so you can access and sync them across sessions.
Device and usage data. We collect crash reports, performance data, and basic device information through Sentry to diagnose issues and improve the app. This may include your IP address.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Pezzos app
- To sync your content across sessions
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems
- To communicate with you about the service
Your Content and AI
You own the content you create in Pezzos. We do not and will not use your collages, or any other content you create to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party services that help us operate the app. These providers are only given access to the information they need to perform their services. They include:
- Render: hosts our backend servers
- Cloudflare: provides DNS, security, and content delivery for our backend services and may process request data such as IP addresses
- Sentry: error tracking and performance monitoring
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Apple
Pezzos is available through the Apple App Store. Because the app runs on Apple devices, Apple may collect information about your use of the app. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on the data Apple collects.
Children's Privacy
Pezzos is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date.
