1.0 is in the app store. 1.1 submitted for approval because I already found something broken.

As always, it took longer than expected. The normal combination of known unknowns and unknown unknowns came together to bloat the amount of work needed to get over this first major hurdle. But, 1.0 is in review.

To be certain, being in review is not a guarantee of a release. There are a million and one things that Apple can and will reject an app for. But, this is the normal process. Whatever needs fixin’ will get fixed and we’ll start the process again until the app is ready.

It’s close. Most functionality on the iOS side is in place. Still a few medium to large size backend pieces to wrap up. Mostly plumbing.

About two weeks back I finally got past the “this-just-kind-of-works-but-it-really bad” stage to the “OK–this-is-actually-fun-to-use-now” stage.

The push today is to get the first version of this micro site live so you know anything about this at all. The next milestone, really the only milestone right now, is to get Pezzos in front of other humans. Most likely via a limited access build from TestFlight.

Here’s a preview that’ll surely change by the time you see the app live:
